    Jane Lead(1624–1704)

    English visionary mystic and central figure in the Philadelphian Society, known for prophetic writings and a strong 'Wisdom/Sophia' vocabulary. Her books present a spiritual cosmology of divine regeneration and a hope for renewal of the church and the world. She became a key source for later Behmenist and visionary devotional movements.
